Jorge A. Ramos

Mexican-American writer/director originally from Matamoros, Tamaulipas. Raised on both sides of the border, Jorge is interested in finding the duality and beauty of everyday life -- Urban romanticism. Heightened realism.

His work explores the struggles of connecting through the turbulence of the human condition. Jorge is based in Los Angeles, directing music videos and short-form content. His films have been featured at the Latino Media Festival and Fader magazine.

He’s currently developing an anthology series set in the U.S/Mexico border.
